The 2025 Erath Oregon Pinot Noir Rosé opens with enticing aromas of pink grapefruit and hibiscus joined by subtle hints of strawberry blossom and citrus zest. On the palate, vibrant flavors of ripe guava and sun-kissed nectarine mingle with nuanced impressions of seashells and a refreshing ocean breeze. A lively, tangy acidity energizes the wine, guiding it to a graceful, soft, and dry finish.

Stoneleigh Sauvignon Blanc white wine is made in collaboration with nature utilizing only the finest resources and ingredients. Situated within the sub-region of Marlborough, Stoneleigh vineyards are studded with precious stones that reflect the brilliant Marlborough sunshine into the vines, naturally ripening the grapes for a richer, more vibrant flavor, which is crucial when creating a wine made for casual sipping on any occasion.

This Bonterra Pinot Gris is comprised of grapes selected from both coastal and inland regions, and features Lake County grapes whose high elevation and warm climate make it the perfect place to grow aromatic whites. After being destemmed and pressed it underwent a quick, cold fermentation before being aged in stainless steel tanks. Neither enzymes nor malolactic acid were added, allowing the wine’s signature crisp flavors and aromas to take center stage.

On the palate, flavors of yellow peach play with hints of kaffir lime, while mineral undertones lend body and structure. Balanced with refreshing acidity. The creamy mouthfeel and layers of soft bubbles persist through to the long, elegant finish.

The wine is a deep ruby color with a luscious bouquet of dark cherries, ripe plums, and a hint of blackberries, complemented by subtle notes of vanilla and spice. This wine is a bold, full-bodied California red wine (approx. 14.5% ABV) aged for 60 days in charred American oak bourbon barrels. It features rich flavors of blackberry, black cherry preserves, dark chocolate, toffee, and toasted vanilla. 

This wine is bursting with aromas of ripe blackberries, roasted hazelnuts, and caramel. With intense concentration bolstered by Petit Verdot, this full-bodied wine has a creamy mouthfeel with ripe tannins and integrated acidity.

This expressive Pinot Noir captivates with inviting aromas of dark raspberry, sandalwood, and clove. On the palate, layers of blackcurrant and ripe cherry unfold over a backdrop of supple tannins, while hints of baking spice add depth, culminating in a long, polished finish.

Hand-selected lots from several sources throughout Oregon’s cooler wine-growing regions including 5% from the historic Hy land Vineyard in McMinnville, and 3% from Dundee Hills. After crush, cold-fermented in open-top vats using hand punch downs and then aged for 10 months in 20% new French oak.

Blend:  86% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Merlot, 5% Syrah, 3% Malbec, 1% Cabernet Franc 

Bright ruby red with fresh, vibrant aromas or wild blackberry, raspberry jam and cedar box accented by rich floral notes. This wine is juicy and generous on the palate with sweet cherry, field-ripened strawberry, cranberry, and just-baked gingerbread. Perfectly balanced with bright acidity and a supple mouthfeel.
