Inspired by the takeover of the beloved Mel-O-Cream franchise, these visionary leaders envisioned more than just another business – they imagined a hub where people could gather, unwind, and create lasting memories. With meticulous planning and a commitment to excellence, they transformed the space into a haven for relaxation and socializing. The result? A unique fusion of tradition and modernity, featuring two more distinct offerings: The Boardroom, a versatile meeting venue ideal for both business and pleasure, and Copper & Oak, an upscale bourbon bar redefining the local nightlife scene.

Since opening our doors in March 2024, we've continuously evolved to meet the diverse needs of our patrons. In addition to our well-stocked bar boasting an impressive selection of spirits, including over 25 bourbons and whiskeys, we've enhanced the experience with thoughtful amenities. With added TVs for sports enthusiasts, an appetizer menu, and a full menu of drinks, there's something for everyone at Copper & Oak.

We have 22 craft beers and ciders on tap, as well as two cocktails on tap. Stop in for one of our local favorites, the Frosted Blackberry Mule!

Featuring more than 30 bourbons and whiskeys, including our House Bourbon Buffalo Trace. You'll find favorites like Old Forester, Four Roses, and Templeton, as well as EH Taylor Small Batch and Blanton's.
